Ricoh Europe, London, 16 February 2021 – Exclusive access to industry insights and expert knowledge will combine with interactive learning to give RICOH ProcessDirector™ users their most immersive Interact Europe experience yet.

In its fourth iteration, Interact Europe will take place virtually on February 24 and 25. It will deliver a new level of software accessibility with a live link to both European and global experts. It will continue to offer the much-anticipated in-depth technical exchanges alongside e-learning sessions and interactive Q&As.

Sessions will include:

  • “What’s New Since RICOH ProcessDirector v3.8” which will give an update on new content developed as a result of both client requests and in response to market needs.
  • Commingling for Postal Savings and Production Efficiency” will detail postage cost savings and ways to maintain trackability.
  • Customise Your Workflows with the Power of Script Processing Steps” will explore how to create meaningful reports using the script processing step templates.

Ricoh LogoClive Stringer, Director Continuous Feed and High-End Software Sales, Commercial Printing Group, Ricoh Europe, comments: “While we will miss the in-person conversations, holding Interact Europe on a virtual platform gives us the opportunity to extend our live sessions to a wider audience. This means clients can participate with their whole team and from their home or remote offices. We can also offer deeper dives into the software so the attendees can explore the possibilities in a much more hands-on way. At the same time, they can still make the most of the networking opportunities and collaborative sessions that encourage valuable information sharing.”
