RICOH Supervisor™ is compatible with most standard operating systems and hardware. Check with your sales representative to determine compatibility with your specific hardware and software environment.

  • Main memory: 4GB RAM or higher (8 GB RAM or higher recommended)*

*To optimize performance, we recommend 4 GB available RAM for up to 15 printers. An increase in RAM or additional data collectors are recommended if you are monitoring more than 15 printers.
