Yes. A free 60-day software trial of InfoPrint Manager can be requested from www.ricohsoftware.com without purchasing a subscription.

Q.

Is subscription pricing available for previous versions of InfoPrint Manager?

A.

No. Subscription pricing is only available starting with InfoPrint Manager v4.11.

Q.

How does a InfoPrint Manager subscription customer know when their subscription is going to expire?

A.

A.

Q.

Can a InfoPrint Manager subscription customer add a new feature part way through a subscription term?

A.

Yes, new features can be added at a prorated cost, and the end date of the feature subscription will be at the same time as the base subscription end date. Added features should be ordered for the number of years remaining in the subscription. For example, if a customer adds a feature two years into a 5-year base subscription, that feature should be ordered with the 3-year feature code. Any prorating is done on the shorter-term price, not the original base term.
