InfoPrint Manager automates output processes through intelligent job scheduling and routing, increasing operational efficiencies and eliminating human error bymatching print jobs to the best
output device based on attributes such as media size and type, color, resolution, and finishing requirements.
InfoPrint Manager presents a complete picture of all activity through a single portal into entire print ecosystems.
InfoPrint Manager knows exactly who is printing what, where and how much. InfoPrint Manager supports Ricoh output devices and those from major vendors, including Canon/Oce, HP, Kodak, Lexmark, and Xerox, and scales from managing a few centralized production devices to networks with thousands of distributed printers across multiple servers and locations.
InfoPrint Manager provides continual process improvement and reduces costs through accounting functions that report on multiple job attributes.
InfoPrint Manager provides granular accounting functionality, enabling users to track multiple attributes, including the job owner, page count, device, and color use for every job, to identify new sources of savings and revenues. Instant alerts and error notifications help users, administrators, and other enterprise ERP applications stay updated on printer and job status for prompt job pickup or fault resolution. Optional capabilities such as LDAP authentication track and trace volumes by owner, while Pull Print technology ensures sensitive information is output only to a credentialed device or user.
There’s no room for error in mission-critical print applications. Every conversion must be 100% accurate, and stability over long runs and various devices is paramount.
InfoPrint Manager executes flawless mainframe printing. It transforms input and output data stream formats such as Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) to PDF on the fly or via command line interface with unmatched reliability, eliminating the errors and frustration from mixing new with legacy technologies. Featuring an Adobe RIP, InfoPrint Manager supports zero downtime requirements using Linux HA, AIX PowerHA, and Windows Clustering. It also works with optional InfoPrint XT software from Ricoh that lets customers migrate from Xerox LPS/Metacode to AFP.
Documents come in all shapes and sizes, in a wide range of applications, data streams, and from several different sources.
InfoPrint Manager has all the bases covered with flexible job submission methods for companies large and small. Whether batch printing or running ad hoc jobs, printing thousand-page manuals or bar code shelf labels, InfoPrint Manager offers tools to submit jobs from hot folders, legacy mainframes, desktop PC (Windows/Linux/Mac) applications, and even from lpr and command line systems. Documents are successfully delivered on the first try, freeing users from repetitive attempts while lowering the volume of calls to the help desk.
