When do subscriptions start and end? How does the customer know?
A.
The start date is considered the first day the software is made accessible to the customer. Subscriptions can be purchased in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5-year terms. The end date is the number of years for the subscription plus 364 days from the start date. The License Page of the user interface shows the subscription expiration date. In addition, a warning message appears in the user interface starting 60 days prior to the expiration date and at regular intervals thereafter.

Can a RICOH ProcessDirector subscription customer add a new feature part way through a subscription term?
A.
Yes, new features can be added at a pro-rated cost. The end date of the feature subscription will coincide with the base subscription end date.
