Today’s print industry is a capital-intensive business that combines production, distribution, and specialized services, especially for commercial printers and other franchises.
Every dollar, or penny, helps boost the already slim margins in the bottom line. The key to success is being able to recognize where the opportunities are and capitalizing on them by lowering costs and raising profits.
Commercial, in-plant, book printers and franchises alike are all facing the same challenge: with the increase in shorter run jobs, how do they streamline the production and delivery with digital processes?
Join Lisa Oakleaf, Ricoh Senior Global Product Manager for an in-depth presentation and demonstration of RICOH TotalFlow BatchBuilder™, discussing the importance of batching and managing short-run jobs profitably, including:
- Using exception-based scheduling and monitor alerts
- Improving customer satisfaction while boosting ROI
- Eliminating manual scheduling while optimizing equipment and workflow processes
