A product development veteran for the past 24 years, Peter has been been contributing to the print industry exclusively for the past 12, developing value-added workflow solutions to help drive the success of thousands of customers worldwide. Proud to support the mission of the Ricoh Global Marketing team to build world-class innovative software utilizing the latest technology and customer engagement tools, Peter currently serves as the Global Product Manager for RICOH InfoPrint Manager™, using the voice of the customer to drive new product development with users, stakeholders and thought leaders around the globe.
In the print industry for over 32 years, Amy’s vast experience started as an AFP specialist and large systems engineer in Seattle, WA. With degrees in Finance, Economics, and a Masters in Business Administration, she was well-positioned to join IBM first as a Financial Analyst, and later the Advanced Technical Support (ATS) Team in 1995. Well balanced with a strong technical aptitude as well as creative pursuits, Amy’s key competencies reside in various print formats including PostScript and PDF and expertise in multiple segments, in particular mainframe, book and production printing. Now the ATS lead for RICOH InfoPrint Manager, Amy provides advanced technical support and training worldwide to ensure customer satisfaction.
