How to Automate the Top 10 Time-Consuming Tasks Eroding Your Profits
Are you tired of everyday common tasks eroding the already slim profits in your print shop? We all hear constantly that print optimization and automation increases operational efficiency and reduces your manual workload, but how?
Where do you start and how do you measure it?
We’ve compiled a list of the top 10 business processes our clients – commercial print, marketing, in-plant and large format print service providers – have automated to help them significantly improve their bottom line – streamlining business processes, optimizing resources and saving them both time and money.
This Ricoh interactive webinar demonstrates how print optimization system Avanti Slingshot® Print MIS automates commonly performed tasks to increase efficiency and free up time to do more profit-driving activities including:
- Having a clear understanding of materials – both raw and finished – in order to balance enough material on hand to say “yes” to a job without having to tie up capital in excess inventory
- Managing finite capacity to be able to automate “ganging of routine jobs” and use “what if” scenarios
- Automatically populate invoices with order data at time of estimate – reducing errors and time on administration
