How SAP® Integration Helps Ensure Reliable Output Management in Your Enterprise Printing
In an enterprise printing environment, all data in the general ledger is summarized from multiple sources into a single source roll up. That makes an SAP-certified solution, as powered by SAP NetWeaver® not only important but imperative.
The enterprise printing of mission-critical information can be complicated and costly if you have a mix of platforms, multiple Windows® print servers, multiple datastreams, and various user interfaces.
Neil McKinstrie, Ricoh Europe Software Product Manager, Peter Farwell, Ricoh Global Product Manager and Scott Mastie, Ricoh Solution Executive discuss how the combination of SAP and RICOH InfoPrint Manager™ provides smooth bi-directional support to some of our customers around the world including how to:
- Ensure your entire family of printers works well within SAP through a certified two-way mechanism that flows data smoothly and affordably to the printers, while status flows right back into SAP
- Safeguard your important and sensitive information – bills of lading, insurance documents, waybills and packaging lists to name a few – assuring smooth and secure end-to-end results within SAP
- Provide an encrypted, centralized, web-based control of printers, print queues and up-to-date job status
