As a member of the Avanti Systems team since 2010, Arron has held a number of key roles, leading to his current position as Solutions Architect, supporting the product management and sales teams as well as go-to-market efforts in America and Europe. A veteran of the print industry since the late '80s, Arron’s vast experience has ranged from leading service bureau migration efforts into electronic prepress, scanning and computer-to-plate (CTP), to the vendor side of the industry with Heidelberg, and now Avanti Systems. A member of the CIP4 organization, Arron’s broad expertise focuses across multiple automation solutions - PDF and JDF workflows, print MIS integration, web-to-print and production systems.

Duncan Ellis

As General Manager of Avanti, Duncan Ellis is responsible for driving the company’s daily operations and also leads the teams responsible for all software implementations. Their emphasis on Project Management, Training Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement drive greater success for our clients. Prior to joining Avanti in 2017, Mr. Ellis spent a dozen years working with Fortune 500 clients at Xerox Canada in various Sales and Management roles. His focus on employee engagement, business development, operational excellence and client satisfaction led to Mr. Ellis winning three President’s Club awards at Xerox. Mr. Ellis holds three degrees from the University of Toronto: Master of Education, Bachelor of Education, and Bachelor of Physical Education.
